Tailwind Config File Type

After adding the Tailwind integration, the Tailwind config file may have a different file extension depending on the Astro version used when the project was created.

• Astro 3.0 typically generates tailwind.config.cjs
• Astro 4.0 typically generates tailwind.config.mjs
